About Milk & Honey Distillery

On the border of Tel Aviv and Jaffa, a group of tech entrepreneurs turned a derelict bakery into Israel's first whisky distillery in 2012, advised by the late Jim Swan. The hot, humid Mediterranean climate drives maturation at more than twice Scotland's pace, so the spirit is ready young: rich, spicy and fruity. Independently owned.
