How the price compares
At
£599, this 31-year-old cost more than all 29 Auchentoshan bottlings of any age released 2021–2025 that we hold. They ranged from £48 to £155, with a median of £101. We don’t hold enough Auchentoshan bottles of a similar age, so this compares across all ages; older casks usually cost more.

About Auchentoshan
On the edge of Clydebank, beneath the Kilpatrick Hills, Auchentoshan has made whisky since 1823 and is one of the very few Scottish distilleries to triple-distil everything. A third, intermediate still lifts the spirit to around 81%, leaving it light, sweet and delicate enough to be called 'the breakfast whisky'. German bombs hit its warehouses in the Clydebank Blitz; the crater now cools its stills as a pond. Suntory's.
