How the price compares
At £240, this 28-year-old cost more than all 7 Glen Ord bottlings of any age released 2020–2025 that we hold. They ranged from £52 to £115, with a median of £80. We don’t hold enough Glen Ord bottles of a similar age, so this compares across all ages; older casks usually cost more.

About Glen Ord

On the Black Isle's western edge, Glen Ord was founded in 1838 on land of the Mackenzies of Ord, who wanted year-round work for local men and a market for their barley. It once drove its machinery with two water wheels and later malted for seven other distilleries besides itself. Its spirit, grassy, malty and lightly fruity, is bottled as The Singleton of Glen Ord. Diageo's.
