About Glen Elgin

At Fogwatt, just south of Elgin, Glen Elgin was built in 1898 by William Simpson and James Carle, and drinks from springs near Millbuies Loch. For decades its spirit went into White Horse, and it has been bottled as a single malt only since 1977. Worm tubs give a fruity, honeyed spirit unexpected weight and a waxy, full texture. Diageo's.
