Founded in 1895 as Dufftown-Glenlivet, this is one of six working distilleries in the little Speyside town, alongside Glenfiddich, Balvenie and Mortlach. Its six stills and four-million-litre capacity have long fed Bell's blends, and only lately has the spirit been seen under its own name, as The Singleton of Dufftown.
