Domaine de Cavaillon is a name known chiefly from venerable vintages of Bas-Armagnac selected by the Darroze family, the region's great curators of single-estate brandy, with bottlings reaching back to 1893, 1900, 1908 and 1914. Its brandies are said to have won gold medals in Paris in 1914 and 1925. A rare glimpse of Armagnac's distant past. Lost.
