About FEW Spirits

In Evanston, Illinois, birthplace of the Temperance movement, nothing alcoholic had been made within city limits until Paul Hletko, a lawyer turned distiller, opened FEW in 2011 after helping change the town's laws. The name tips a sly hat to Frances Elizabeth Willard, the temperance leader. Grain to glass, its bourbon is spicy, bold and characterful. Heaven Hill's since 2022.
