M & H Bonneau is a small family producer in the Cognac region, one of the hundreds of growers who tend their own vines and distil their own eau-de-vie, most of which usually disappears into the blends of the great houses. Little has been published about the estate itself, which makes a single cask all the more of a discovery: grower cognac, unblended and at natural strength. Grower cognac.
