Robert Audebeau is a grower-distiller in the Petite Champagne, the cru that rings the Grande Champagne and shares much of its chalk. Most growers' eaux-de-vie vanish into the blends of the great Cognac houses, so a single cask from a family estate like this one is rare: fruity, floral and long, with the gentle richness of age. Grower cognac.
