About Scapa
“Scapa distillery is a Scotch whisky distillery on The Mainland of Orkney, Scotland on the shore of Scapa Flow near the town of Kirkwall. Scapa is the third-northernmost whisky distillery in Scotland, 1⁄2 mile south of the Highland Park Distillery.”From Wikipedia, CC BY-SA
The Scotch Malt Whisky Society bottles single casks under numeric codes rather than distillery names, so a label reading 17.403 means cask 403 from distillery 17. That distillery is Scapa, in Islands. More on Scapa at Wikipedia.
